Ndivhudzannyi Ralivhona was born on the 30th of June 1996. She is commonly known by her stage name Makhadzi. Most importantly,she is the South African local queen of Afro-wedding songs. Ndivhu is popular by singing in her mother tongue Tshivenda.
Moreover, she has been featured in ‘Rorali’ by Sho Madjozi, ‘Vuwani ni mpfarepfare Remake’ by King Monada as well as ‘Jola Kule’ by Master KG.

Makhadzi Biography
Makhadzi was born in a small village called Ha-Mashamba Tshivhangani just outside Elim in Limpopo province.
After her parents separated, the Limpopo talented queen and her 2 siblings had to stay with their mother.
She completed her grade 12 at Mukula Integrated school. Additionally, she got her qualification in Public Relations and she is currently studying Drama.
Music and career
Ndivhudzannyi joined the Makirikiri Musical Group in 2010 to be a dancer. She began to have a desire in singing, wherein one day she decided to mess around in the studio and started recording herself singing.
The recording manager somehow found her recording and offered her the opportunity to record in his studio.
Makhadzi’s first album was released in 2012. So far, she has launched 6 albums. As a teenager, Ndivhu travelled to France, Mozambique and Zimbabwe to perform.
In 2019, she also released a hit song called “Tshikwama”.This song took her places since it is popular in South Africa and throughout the Southern part of Africa. See the music video below.

Television
In 2018, Makhadzi was invited to YO TV. This was her first television appearance. Since then, she has been conducting interviews with radio stations such as Nzhelele FM, Phalaphala FM, Makhado FM, Sloot FM, and Capricon FM. This is where she spoke about her music, life and her challenges.
Music Awards
In 2017 Makhadzi was the winner of the best Tshivenda hit with her song Yo Shoma during the Limpopo Music Awards ceremony which was held at Meropa Casino Hotel. She was also awarded 4 TSHIMA awards (2018). She was nominated for the following categories :
- Best Tshivenda dance artist/Album of the year.
- Female artist of the year
- Tshivenda song of the year, and
- Best Tshivenda artist of the year.
